Bookings & Orders

All bookings with Express Trail Delivery are subject to the following conditions:

• Bookings are only confirmed upon receipt of written confirmation from our team
• You are responsible for providing accurate shipment details including weight, dimensions and cargo description
• Changes to confirmed bookings must be requested in writing and are subject to availability and additional charges
• Cancellations must be made within the timeframe specified in your booking confirmation
• We reserve the right to refuse any booking at our discretion

Pricing & Payment

All pricing and payment for Express Trail Delivery services is subject to the following terms:

• All prices are quoted in US Dollars unless otherwise specified
• Quotes are valid for 7 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated
• Final charges may differ from quotes if shipment details provided are inaccurate
• Prices do not include customs duties, taxes or government charges unless explicitly stated
• Payment is required before shipment dispatch unless a credit account has been agreed
• We accept bank transfer, credit card and approved payment methods only

Cargo Restrictions

The following items are strictly prohibited from transport through our services:

• Illegal substances, narcotics or controlled drugs
• Weapons, firearms, explosives or dangerous materials without proper authorization
• Counterfeit goods or items that infringe intellectual property rights
• Items banned by the destination country's import regulations
• Hazardous materials without proper declaration and compliance documentation

Special handling cargo including hazardous materials, oversized freight and perishables may be accepted subject to additional terms, documentation and charges. Contact us for specific requirements.

Liability

Express Trail Delivery's liability for loss or damage to cargo is limited as follows:

• Our liability is limited to the actual value of the cargo up to the maximum stated in your booking
• We are not liable for indirect, consequential or special damages arising from delayed or lost shipments
• Claims for loss or damage must be submitted in writing within 7 days of delivery
• We strongly recommend cargo insurance for all high-value shipments
• We are not liable for delays caused by customs authorities, weather or circumstances beyond our control

Tracking & Delivery

Our tracking and delivery terms are as follows:

• Real-time GPS tracking is provided for all shipments via our tracking portal
• Estimated delivery times are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed
• Delivery is deemed complete upon signature of the consignee or their authorized representative
• If the recipient is unavailable a redelivery attempt or depot collection will be arranged
• Storage charges may apply if cargo cannot be delivered after two attempts

Customs & Compliance

For international shipments you are responsible for ensuring your cargo complies with all applicable import and export regulations. Express Trail Delivery provides customs clearance support but:

• You are responsible for the accuracy of all customs documentation provided
• Any fines, penalties or storage charges arising from incorrect documentation are your responsibility
• We cannot guarantee customs clearance times as these are determined by government authorities
• Prohibited items will be confiscated by customs authorities and we accept no liability for such losses

Pet Transport Terms

Pet transport services are subject to additional specific terms:

• All animals must have valid veterinary health certificates and required import permits
• You are responsible for ensuring your pet meets all destination country entry requirements
• Animals found to be unfit for travel may be refused transport for welfare reasons
• Express Trail Delivery follows all IATA Live Animals Regulations
• We accept no liability for stress-related conditions arising from transportation
• Pet transport is subject to airline and carrier acceptance at all times

Intellectual Property
